Guidelines & Steps

BIR Order Policy

Please review our ordering guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience for your fruit juice orders.

1. Inquiry Form

Restaurant owners, event planners, corporate gifting coordinators, chefs, and caterers who are interested in BIR beverages, please fill out the inquiry form on our contact page.

Response Time: Wait a few days for a reply

2. Small Orders

For smaller orders (e.g., 1 bottle or more), please contact any of our retailers to ask whether they have it in their stocks or not, and then place your order accordingly.

Minimum: 1 Bottle

3. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, please contact any of our retailers or place your inquiry at least 3 days in advance.

Our pulp juices are prepared using a special cold processing method to maintain natural taste and quality.

4. Mumbai Retailers

Customers living in Mumbai, please contact any of these three retailers:

6. Collection

Collaborate with the retailer to check whether your order is ready. Once ready, you may either:

  • Arrange pickup yourself, or
  • Book a Porter service for delivery at your convenience.
Your chosen retailer will notify you as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Retailer address and contact number are on the retailers page.
